The Company recommends that consumers check and be aware of the price difference in Web offers to avoid or resolve any disputes that may arise in their transactions with the store.

Product Availability

Visitors/users of the website are informed about the availability of products through the respective pages of each product on the online store. For these products, a strict chronological order is maintained in the execution of purchases/orders, including both online and in-store purchases.
The Company reserves the right to determine the availability of its products if they are not available at the time of ordering. In such a case, the Company reserves the right not to accept the specific order, and therefore, the sale will not be concluded. Any payments already made will be refunded to customers without undue delay, in the same manner that customers chose to pay for their order.
The availability of products offered through the online store may differ from the availability of products offered through the physical store. For this reason, there are products that may be available for purchase in physical stores and not through the online store, and vice versa.
Product Purchases through the Online Store
Users of the website can navigate the pages of the online store using the main navigation menu, always located at the top of the pages. The products of the online store are categorized and subcategorized for better navigation and finding the desired products.
Users can add the products they are interested in to the shopping cart. Users can add or remove products from the shopping cart until they complete their order.
To complete the order, users must log in to the website using the access codes they have if they are already registered members or by registering as new members. If they do not wish to register as members of the online store, they can proceed with their order as simple visitors. In this case, they will need to submit the "Login as a Guest" form to confirm the necessary details for order completion.
Afterwards, users can complete their order through simple steps where they will fill in and check the billing details of the order, as well as the payment and shipping methods.
In the case of payment by credit card, users, upon completing their order, will be redirected to the Piraeus Bank system for the card charging process.

For product returns, the customer bears the shipping costs, except in cases where:
• The order was incorrectly processed by the online store (billing or shipping error), or the item had packaging completely or mostly destroyed upon delivery. In these cases, the customer may refuse to accept the product from the beginning.
• The product is defective, as verified by an authorized store employee.
Product returns with the Company's charge will be made either by the Company's personnel and transport means or through a distributor.
The refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The Company may delay the refund until it receives the goods back or until the customer provides evidence that they have sent back the goods, whichever happens first. The Company will execute the above refund using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless there is an agreement between the two for something different.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as swimwear, underwear, etc.
