1. Collector's Shop International can serve customers throughout Greece. All order shipments are subject to a charge of €3 for all of Greece, up to 2 kilograms, except for island and remote areas, which may incur additional costs with the ACS courier service.

2. All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and strikes) from the date of placement, always according to product availability, as indicated on the product page.

When is my order shipped

1. All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days from the date of placement, always according to the product availability mentioned on the product page.

2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, and subsequently, you will be informed of its status through the eshop website by entering the tracking number of your order.

3. Order processing, shipping, and delivery do not take place on weekends or official holidays.

Orders within Greece are shipped with the ACS courier company.

Delivery Times

1. All shipments are delivered to all cities in Greece the next day, except for some remote destinations and islands, which may take 2-4 days from the shipping date to delivery with the courier company.

3. In case your order cannot be fulfilled for force majeure reasons (strikes, bad weather, etc.), we will contact you to confirm if you still want to proceed.

Customs Fees for Non-EU Countries

1. Customs duties or other import charges related to the shipment of products to non-EU countries, calculated when the package reaches the destination country, must be paid by you.

2. Collector's Shop International cannot provide a complete picture of these charges, nor can we inform you about the final amount of the relevant burden, as customs policies vary significantly from country to country. We advise you, before completing your order, to contact a customs office in your country.

Different Delivery Address

You can specify a different delivery address in case your order is intended as a gift during the checkout process.

Absence during Delivery

1. If you are absent during the delivery time, the ACS courier will leave a note with the contact details of the company so that the delivery of the product can be rescheduled at a time that suits you better.

2. Collector's Shop International is not responsible for any communication errors between the customer and the courier company, which is responsible for the transport and delivery of the products.
